 | |  | | About Yellowbrick Publications | | Yellowbrick Publications was founded ten years ago by playwright, director and teacher David Barrett in order to promote his own work. David is a graduate of London University, the University of East Anglia and Colchester Institute, and is an Associate of the Royal College of Music. He wrote his first score for a stage musical over twenty years ago. Since then he has composed the musical scores for seventeen shows and written the scripts and lyrics for twenty-eight, many of which are regularly performed throughout the English-speaking world. David divides his time between writing, composing, directing, teaching English, drama and music, and examining at A Level for the AQA exam board. David's most recent credits as a director in London fringe theatre include: Just Another Friday, Jermyn Street, The Nun's Trail, Canal Caf?Theatre and St Trinian's, the Musical at the Pacific Playhouse. |
